User Responsibilities

By signing the rental agreement, the client accepts full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period. This includes complying with all local and federal traffic laws, keeping the vehicle properly locked when not in use, and immediately reporting any accident, theft, or mechanical failure to our 24/7 hotline.

Vehicle Use Restrictions

The rented vehicle may not be used under any circumstances for:

  • Commercial purposes (Uber, DiDi, cargo transport, among others).
  • Subletting to third parties.
  • Participating in races, speed tests, or illegal activities.
  • Driving on unpaved roads (dirt roads, beaches) that could cause damage to the suspension or body of the car.
  • Being driven by persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that alter their senses.

Damage Policy

Any damage to the vehicle not documented in the initial inspection report will be technically and objectively evaluated by our staff or authorized providers. If you have Comprehensive Coverage and respect these conditions of use, your maximum liability will be limited to the payment of the deductible stipulated in the contract. Intentional damage, loss of keys, or damage to tires and glass (unless covered by an additional policy) are excluded from protection.

Payment Terms

The total cost of the rental must be covered in advance or, at the latest, at the time the unit is delivered. We accept cash, interbank transfers (SPEI), and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit or debit cards.

Reservation Confirmation

Any reservation should be considered a "request" until our team issues an Official Confirmation via WhatsApp or email, assigning a reservation number. We reserve the right to refuse service if the renter's profile or requirements are not met.
