Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we allow reservation cancellations without penalty as long as they are notified at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time for vehicle delivery.

Refund Eligibility

If you made an advance payment or deposit to secure your reservation:

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: Are eligible for a full refund of the funds advanced.
  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours: A value corresponding to one day's rental will be retained for administrative processing fees.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Will not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.

No-Show Policy

If the client fails to arrive to pick up the vehicle on the agreed date, time, and location without prior notice, the reservation will be classified as a "No-Show." In these cases, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued for any advance payments. We will hold the vehicle for a maximum of 2 hours after the agreed time before releasing it, unless formal notice of a flight delay is provided.

Reservation Modifications

Any changes to the reservation (dates, car type, delivery location) are subject to availability. You may request modifications by contacting us via WhatsApp or email without additional management fees, provided you request this at least 24 hours in advance. The final rate may be adjusted depending on the actual days and the category of the modified vehicle.
