Security Deposit

For your safety and the security of our vehicles, we request a security deposit upon delivery of the unit. The approximate deposit amount depends on the selected vehicle category. We primarily accept credit cards to hold these funds. In specific, pre-approved cases, debit cards may be accepted.

The deposit refund or release process begins immediately upon returning the vehicle in the same condition it was delivered. Depending on your bank, it may take between 3 and 15 business days to reflect in your account.

Included Insurance

Your peace of mind is our priority. All our rental rates include a comprehensive insurance package so you can travel worry-free.

  • Basic Public Liability Coverage: Protects against third-party damages to property or persons.
  • Comprehensive Coverage (Optional/Included depending on rate): We offer and suggest rates that already include comprehensive coverage against material damage and total theft with a minimum deductible, with no surprise charges at the counter.

Taxes

All our quotes and the final price shown on your reservation include the 16% Value Added Tax (IVA). The total amount to pay is completely transparent from the start.

Rental Requirements

To proceed with renting any of our units, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum age: 25 years old (additional charges may apply for drivers aged 21 to 24).
  • Official ID: Valid Driver's License or Passport.
  • Valid License: National or international driver's license valid throughout the rental period.
  • Credit Card: In the name of the primary renter for the security deposit.

Delivery and Return

We streamline the delivery and return process for your maximum convenience.

  • Delivery Process (Airport/Hotel): We offer direct delivery at the Mérida International Airport or at your hotel within the urban area.
  • Coordination: The entire logistics process, flight information, and exact location are coordinated personally and in real-time via WhatsApp.
  • Inspection Procedure: Upon delivering and returning the vehicle, our staff will conduct a joint inspection (photos/video) to document the condition of the unit and the fuel level.
